Our evening is divided into 3 "acts," much like an opera would be. The menu changes seasonally and dynamically and includes 6 courses to be enjoyed with wine pairings. Please note we are not a restaurant. Think of us as an upscale dinner at your friend's house who happens to be a professional musician, and they decide to break out into song to entertain you for the night.
