This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine. You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize in groups of two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic matter. Depending on the amount of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests get to taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella.
