Your goal is to successfully eat each dish and earn a stamp on your food challenge list. The challenge starts with the first dish, and if you successfully eat it, you will receive the first stamp. Then, you can move on to the next dish and repeat the process until you have collected all the stamps. Once you have completed the challenge and collected all the stamps, you will be rewarded with a small traditional Korean souvenir as a token of your achievement. Please note that some of the dishes can be very spicy, so be prepared for a challenge! However, we encourage you to try your best and enjoy the experience of trying new and exciting foods from Korea. The instructor is a professional chef with an educational background and 7 years of experience in Korean cuisine. (Working michelin guide one star restaurant and Korean consulat in the USA as a Chef) Class will begin with a demonstration followed by the hands on portion. During the demonstration, you will have some tea or soda, prepared by Chef with high quality ingredients from multiple Korean farms. By the end of the class, you will learn how to cook traditional Korean food from scratch. The space is also perfect for taking photos during and after class, and you will be able to have your food in studio or take it to go. The studio is easily accessible to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the traditional market. I look forward to meeting everyone!
