Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco (03 courses and 02 cocktails) starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco. After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco. You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian. Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco between 9:00am to 9:30am. Then, we'll be heading to the crag, located in the upper part of Cusco city, about 40 minutes away. Along the route your guide will be explaining you some local traditions and also you’ll be available to take some photos. When we arrive we’ll walk for a few minutes to reach the crag. Afterwards your climbing guide will provide you the climbing gears (Helmet, Harness, climbing shoes) following by the safety talk about the climbing activity.
