Join Diego in his outdoor kitchen where he will show you how to make classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche (fresh fish cured in citrus juice), lomo saltado (marinated beef sirloin, sautéed with onions, peppers and fried potatoes), tacu tacu (rice and roasted beans), papa la huancaína (potatoes with a spicy, savory sauce), causa rellena (potato puree garnished with yellow aji sauces and lemon, stuffed with onion, avocado and tuna) or arroz chaufa (sautéed rice with green onions and sesame seeds, a chifa (Chinese-Peruvian) dish). You will learn how to properly cut the fish for the ceviche and how to carefully balance the flavors, and he will teach you some of his favorite cooking tricks.  Diego can demonstrate how to cook the dishes, or you can have a hands-on lesson. Just let them know your preferences! What better way to learn about a country's culture and cuisine than to cook with its locals?

4:30 am to 5:00 am Pick up at the hotel with our tourist transport (it is recommended that it be central and accessible). We will travel for approximately 2 hours to Cusipata-Paucarpata. 7:20 am Buffet breakfast. (If there are vegetarians or with food restrictions let us know). After breakfast we will continue for approximately 40 minutes to the checkpoint. 8:40 am Arrival in Llaqto, checkpoint. Observation of the snowy peak Wiñay Ritty (forever young). We will walk through beautiful places for 1 hour and 20 minutes until we reach the mountain of colors 5020 masl. Panoramic view of the mountain of seven colors, they will have enough time to rest and take photos. The Sacred Valley tour 1 day, begins with the pick up from the hotel in the city of Cusco, we will go to the archaeological center of Pisac where we will have a guided tour. We will pick you up from your accommodation in Cusco around at 8 a.m. You will be taken on a road that winds around the mountains north of Cusco. We will drive towards the ruins of Pisac. Here, you will witness and learn about Inca culture. You will see amazing works of stone art and impressive agricultural terraces. We will then head to the town of Urubamba, to experience a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch, we will drive along the Urubamba River towards the town of Ollantaytambo. Once we reach Ollantaytambo, we will visit the ruins, an important area of Incan construction, built during the Inca’s heydays. Continue to Chinchero to see how natural dyes are made for artisanal textiles. The town’s inhabitants live in dwellings and conditions nearly the same as their ancestors. They dress in multicolored clothing, speak only Quechua and maintain age-old customs. We will be back in Cusco around 7pm

The Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain tour begins with pick up from your hotel in Cusco, we will board our transport to the south of Cusco. We will arrive at the restaurant in Cusipata (here will be our breakfast). After our breakfast we will continue with our trip to the Llaqto community a Quechua village located at 4800 meters above sea level will start our uphill hike of 1 hour and 40 minutes until we reach the mountain of Arco Iris located at 5100 meters above sea level. We will spend the necessary time here to photograph the landscape surrounding it among red mountains, snow-capped peaks, streams and the imposing snow of Ausangate known as the Cusco guardian and is the fifth highest mountain in all of Peru. Then we will return along the same way to our transport and then to the restaurant in Cusipata for lunch (buffet lunch with organic products) after our lunch we will return to the Plaza regocijos in Cusco arriving at approximately 5:00 PM.
