Very early we will move from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes where we will take the bus that will take us to the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu, located on top of a mountain.
Once there our guide will begin the guided tour so that you can better know the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu. You will be amazed with the Inca buildings and temples. You will also enjoy the breathtaking view from the top of Huayna Picchu. Climbing the mountain takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it is really worth it, the view is impressive and the experience will be unforgettable. In afternoon we return to Cusco.

Start with pickup from your hotel in Cusco and travel to Ollantaytambo Station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. The train has ample seats with large windows allowing for grand views of the surrounding jungle and mountains. Board a coach for a 25-minute ride to Machu Picchu. The city of Machu Pichu is believed to have been built in the 1450s by the Inca emperor Pachacuti as a holiday retreat. Within a century the city would be abandoned following the Spanish conquest.
