Following pickup from your accommodation, take part in a short meet and greet with your driver before starting your journey to the Keukenhof. The Keukenhof is a flower park in Lisse, 45 minutes from Amsterdam. The park has an area of 32 hectares, and attracts more then 1 million people each year with its millions of flowers.
Beside the flowers, the Keukenhof also has exhibitions of special flowers with a new flower each week. Some examples of these themes are roses, orchids, and chrysanthemums.
Whilst at the site it is also possible to take a boat trip, which sees you sailing between the 'bollenvelden' (bulb fields). If possible we pick you up from your hotel to walk into the old city center. We will stroll through the quaint streets of the canal district. Visit the heart of the city at the famous Dam Square and got lost in the old working class are Jordaan.
From there we make our way through the more quiet streets to the river Amstel. We continue to the Magere Brug (The Bridge of Love) with lovely views of the Amsterdam boat scene. At one of the more hidden squares in the canal district we sit down for a refreshing drink under the trees.
