Pick up from Marrakech. From here it is a 1.5 hour drive to Imlil (1740 meters) via Tahanaout and Asni. When you arrive nearby Moulay Brahim you will go for a camel ride for about 1 hour. After arrival in Imlil you start a walk with a local guide to Aremd village (1900 meters). On the way you will be able to see traditional Berber villages and see the highest peak in the North of Africa, Jbel Toubkal (4167 meters). After about 1 - 1,5 hour you will go to a local guesthouse to have a wonderful lunch. Transfer back to Marrakech by the same route as you came to Imlil.

The Ouzoud Waterfall is the second tallest waterfall in Africa. It is one of the beautiful landscapes spread in the Atlas Mountain and the highest falls in North Africa. Considered by people as one of the most beautiful and romantic falls in the world, and renowned for its close encounters with resident troops of indigenous monkeys that call the waterfall home. Ouzoud Waterfall day trip starts with a pick up from your hotel in Marrakech at 8 am, and drop-off at the same place. 2.5 hours each way.

Pickup from Riad or the hotel in Marrakech at around 08:30 am. Meet the guide in Marrakech, and drive south-east towards the majestic Atlas Mountains. Stop to take a picture of the oldest Berber village in the Tahanout area, and visit the Berber woman cooperative. Stop at Asni to picture the summit of Oukaimden before reaching Imlil. Reach Imlil village, and start the walk going through the Berber villages to discover their culture. Visit a waterfall in the middle of nowhere. The walk will be gentle, and the views are awesome. Lunch will be cooked by our family in my traditional home. Return to Marrakesh by 5:00 pm.

Chaouen or Chefchaouen in Berber is one of the most beautiful towns of the Rif mountains which are the last rampart before the Mediterranean and the Iberian peninsula. It's famous for its shady valleys Medina, its white coloured houses, blue doors and tiles roof. The local market of Chaouen are animated with traditionally dressed locals and a variety of beautifully displayed. Chaouen offers to its visitors the charm of a city which has preserved Arab Andalusian arts and traditions.

We will then continue on through Asni where, on Saturdays, a traditional Berber Souk and market can be visited. Our journey we will the from 1 to 3 hr hiking to the waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, we will stop off in Imlil and have the opportunity to take in the views of ancient irrigated terrace fields of barley, corn, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. I will point out things of interest and I will talk to you about the Berber culture and heritage along the way. go down through the village of Ait Souka and afterward enjoy a traditional meal in a Berber house. Here you will have the opportunity to ride a camel You get back to marrakech at 17:00 Pm
