We will buy what we will need for the course, it will not be a market but rather shops near my house, then we will go to my house I would start my cooking class by teaching you how to make Moroccan tea, then we'll settle down for tea time and enjoy delicious Moroccan cookies and cakes as we get to know each other. the menu will consist of starters, main courses I will walk you through the cooking process step by step and teach you my personal cooking technique and my unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Moroccan meal you have ever tasted. Day 1: We depart from Marrakech at 7:30 Am, in a minibus. Traveling over the Atlas mountains we stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou for a tour of the complex, where lunch can be taken at the many cafe’s. After our break, we travel into Ouarzazate (The gateway to the desert), we visit the Movie studio, our afternoon journey takes us to the Dades valley, visiting beautiful Oasis and onto the Desert town of Zagora with many opportunities for exploration and visits. For our final leg of today’s journey, we meet our Camels to take us to our Berber Zagora desert camp. Our stay at the Zagora Desert camp includes Evening meal, accommodation in traditional Berber tents and breakfast the following morning Day 2: The next day, we take our camels for the return journey back to Zagora. We then enjoy our journey back through The Draa valley to Ouarzazate, over the Atlas mountains and returning to Marrakech around 19:00hrs or 20:00 hrs.

From there we will drive to Tahnaout, where we will visit a women's argan oil cooperative. Afterward, if we leave on a Saturday, we will visit the weekly market in Asni, or if we leave on a Thursday, we will visit the market in Tahnaout. Otherwise, we will find other fun activities to do. We will carry on to the Atlas Mountains. When we arrive in Imlil, we will first either hike or enjoy a delicious meal cooked at my family's house. We'll explore the magnificent mountain landscape, see some waterfalls, and walk through many Berber villages. After lunch, we will continue for another walk to meet your driver, who will bring you to Moulay Brahim Valley, where you can experience a camel ride. After your experience in Moulay Brahim Valley, your driver will bring you back to your hotel or the meeting point in Marrakech.
