The kitchen is simply equipped, the same way as in our homes, so no worries about fancy equipment or tools that are hard to replace when recreating the recipes. We prepare and cook 3 basic traditional Fez dishes - an appertizer, main course and dessert.*You will also taste our home made main tea.
