Set off on a half-day tour to experience Akumal Beach at its best. Swim and snorkel with turtles alongside a guide and then enjoy two hours of free time on the beach to relax and take in the views. Head to Akumal bay where you can cool-off by jumping into the crystal-clear sea. Use the provided snorkeling gear to take a look under the waves at this spot which is known for sea turtles. These cenotes are part of the Nohoch Nah Chich system and are close to the Dos Ojos system. They are recently opened to the public. These cenotes are hidden into the jungle and look like real caves. They are incredibly large and beautiful formations. There are some very special formations that are only found in these two cenotes. There is not a lot of marine life but you can see some blind fish.

After these 2 dives, if you wish, you can start the Open Water Diver course very well because we will consider this dive as the beginning of the course. Open Water Diver is the first level of certification. This worldwide certificate allows you to dive up to 18 meters.

Its water is often very clear, as the water comes from rain water filtering slowly through the ground.
