We would love to share with you the richness of our town, starting with the gastronomy and the artificial islands designed for planting: the chinampas. We will travel by trajinera (big canoe) and tell you all about the history of Xochimilco. We will stop on an island to explain the ancestral cultivation technique developed in this place, unique in the world and part of the world's agricultural heritage. We will tell you about the flower, the fauna and we will take you to meet the axolotl. We will take you to one of the plant markets and you will realise why Xochimilco is the place of flowers. Finally we will show you one of the oldest villages of Xochimilco to taste the typical sweets of the region. A different and profound experience for nature lovers, culture lovers and travellers who want to learn and have healthy fun more than just partying and drinking.

We start between 04:30 - 05:00 AM moving from Mexico City to the Teotihuacan Valley to perform balloon service. Afterwards we will go to the restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast; we can choose between visiting directly the archaeological zone or take the explanation of typical and artisanal products of the region, both activities are in the Teotihuacán area so we can do them to your liking. In these 8 days we will climb 3 of the biggest mountains in Mexico, Malinche, Iztaccíhuatl and Pico de Orizaba, the tip from Mexico.
