We´ll walk in the downtown to get others ingredients like zuchini flower, quelites and we´ll know the hongueras; women who collect mushrooms all the mornings in the forests and are the experts to select the best mushrooms. In the afternoon we visit a local family, where we learn to cook our mushrooms in a traditional way. Before come back, We'll enjoy a delicious dish!
