Where We’ll Explore Our journey will begin in Shiodome—a district walled in with glass and steel skyscrapers. From here we will head to Ginza, famed for its broad avenues lined with intricate examples of avant-garde architecture. Afterward, we will end up in Yurakucho where we will explore the innards of the monolithic Tokyo International Forum.

In this workshop, you will make 4 paper products, so a lot of stuff to do! At the end, you will have your design of two postcards, Rakusui paper, and A5 paper. You will experience the entire process of Japanese papermaking, including Hyouhitor (peeling off the outer bark) and Dakai (beating tree fibers). Then, pour the raw material into a paper-making mold and deckle before sifting the solution to form an even and flat sheet of paper. While your paper is drying, we offer our original "Japanese paper tea" along with local Japanese sweets. Japanese kimonos are mainly small sizes to fit our physiques. But we have plus-size Kimonos you can enjoy! If you are traveling alone and want to take pictures, you have to ask someone or use a tripod. However, Asakusa town is very crowded and it is difficult to use a tripod. There are also cases where you want to take photos with two people as a couple. We will take as many pictures as you like within the time limit.
