Hi, I'm Yurina! I was born and raised in Tokyo and have always loved delicious food. My love for cooking inspired me to start my own cooking class in Winter 2025. In this class, you’ll learn how to make some of the most beautiful and delicious forms of Japanese home-style sushi! We’ll prepare colorful sushi rolls (makizushi) and cute, round temari sushi—both fun to make and perfect for photos. You’ll also enjoy grilled seasonal fish with miso, a traditional clear soup (osuimono) with shrimp balls, and a refreshing drink to complete the meal.
