This tour is a side trip to an anime store. The driver may also do some shopping. Basically, we will follow our schedule, so it may be difficult to leave in the middle of the tour. We will not make the schedule that unreasonable, but we hope you understand that we are keeping the price low for that reason. Also, since this tour is so inexpensive, our income is covered by tips. Younger age groups would consider enjoying the cheap tours. For such people, tipping is not necessary. Instead, please enjoy yourself a lot. Basically, we do not go to famous places in Tokyo. This class will be held at Yakimochi, a Japanese restaurant in Akihabara. In this class, a chef from the restaurant will teach you how to make traditional tofu. You will also learn how to use okara (tofu pulp) in dishes. The class includes recipes and teaches you all the steps, so you can make tofu yourself at home. Please be amazed by the deliciousness of freshly made tofu and the dashi(broth) soaked into the okara. After the two-hour class, take a 10-minute walk to a local shopping district where you can buy ingredients. We'll visit Suehiro-dori Shopping Street and Satake-dori Shopping Street, the oldest shopping street in Tokyo. Here, you will find a variety of traditional Japanese ingredients.
