This 7 hr walking tour includes 3hr Sushi roll making experience at Patia's Japanese Cooking Class. Before your Sushi roll making experience, you will go on a walking tour with our licensed guide! Your guide will drop you off at Patia's Japanese Cooking Class after a 4 hour walking tour. In Japan, sushi roll is eaten often on special occasions such as celebrations and festivals. It is a Japanese hospitality dish served beautifully. You will learn how to make it in your experience and also learn recipes for miso soup and chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard)! You will first visit the shop to take in the atmosphere and learn about its history. Afterwards, you’ll move to another room to enjoy a tasting of around six types of sake that are sold at this shop! The tasting cups are as shown in the photo, and each tasting pour is about 10-20ml. If you find a sake you like, you can purchase it.After the tasting, we will introduce you to nearby places where you can enjoy delicious sake and izakayas! [Visiting a sake brewery in Gunma Prefecture] Nagai Sake Brewery was founded in 1886. The founder, Shoji Nagai, discovered the water of Kawaba Village, located in the headwaters of the Tone River, an hour's bullet train ride from Tokyo, and began brewing sake. The brewery owns deep forests to secure water for brewing. You will visit the water source, an important ingredient in sake, and rice fields dedicated to the "Yukihotaka" rice used for the highest quality sake. Afterwards, you will enjoy a tasting experience in the special tasting room SHINKA and a lunch paired with sake.

It is a quiet residential area around Toshimaen Station where the Harry Potter interactive facility “Warner Boozers Studio Tour Tokyo” is located. Using rice flour cake as a base, you can decorate the cake with lively flowers (made with anko (bean paste) squeezing). You can enjoy the experience of making a cake that will bring joy to the recipient. In the trial lesson, we will explain the process in an easy-to-understand way for those who are new to flower squeezing. The rice flour cake (sorgi) for the base will be prepared in advance by the instructor. After coloring the red bean paste with the color of your choice, you will squeeze ranunculus, ranunculus buds, and kodemari flowers. You will learn the basic posture, tools, materials, and colors of flower pressing. You will be able to take home a cake box. This popular class has been attended by a total of 750 people.
