Even if this is your first sushi making experience, you will be amazed at how wonderful it is! You'll also make yakitori (grilled chicken) as a side dish. Skewer fresh chicken thighs yourself and grill them with a savory sauce. You'll learn miso soup from scratch. Your instructor will give you knowledge of ingredients to take Japanese broth.
