During the meal, you will be served an authentic Washoku (Japanese cuisine) course prepared by the chef using homemade dashi. ・Duration: 1 hour for the experience, 2 hours for dining. ・Interpreter: Chinese or English (available only during the experience). ・Meal: You can choose between the regular course and the special course.
