We use an ancient and traditional tool to make spaghetti, called in Verona, bigoli. We'll knead and prepare the dough for pasta as in the ancient time. We'll cook and prepare the dough in a gorgeous top floor attic and then cook and eat in an ancient kitchen in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
