The Etna and Alcantara Gorge tour from Taormina is a perfect combination of hiking and relaxation. In the first part of the experience, you will enjoy a hike around the Silvestri” craters, on the southern area of the volcano. Here, you will have the greatest views from a safe distance of the summit craters while walking on the lava fields, exploring ancient craters, and learning about the eruptions and the natural aspects of the area.
