We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family. We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

The tasting of the four wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience! For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children. Cooking Classes at Casa Emma represent a very unique food and wine experience, perfect if you want to learn more about traditional Tuscan cuisine and food and wine pairing. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by a wine expert who will follow you during the whole experience, starting from a tour in the cellar, where you can learn more about the company philosophy and the winemaking. Then, you will meet our Chef (English speaking) who will guide you through the different stages of the food preparation, by using only Tuscan raw materials. The recipes selected by our Chef include: pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle…), Pizza Margherita and a dessert, but we are ready and open to meet every request! Just before eating, our wine expert will explain to you all the products made in the farmhouse: our extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 5 different types of wine to pair with food. The minimum number of participants for this experience is 2 people, up to 12.
