Private class with this menu: Ravioli, Tagliolini cacio e pepe and tiramisu. My culinary school was created with these purpose: helping people on making their own italian meal individually and really hands on; so I set up my facility with individual stations with cooktops. It's not the average cooking class in which you make the pasta dough and someone else make the sauce... everybody makes pasta and sauce from scratch individually...
