In this unmissable pizza course not only you will learn how to make pizza but you will discover many other secrets about pizza with our chef. As soon as you wash your hands and wear a clean apron the lesson will begin with a little of theory. Soon after you will be mixing flour, water, yeast and kneading the dough for 15 minutes. Later you will shape small balls of pasta, stretch the dough, top with tomato and mozzarella, bake the pizza. We’ll discover Verona with a walk. Starting from Piazza Bra we’ll admire Area di Verona. Through Via Mazzini, well known shopping street in Verona we’ll walk to the House of Juliet. Then we continue towards Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Porta Borsari and the Arche Scaligere. We'll reach the Ponte di Pietra and, if you want, we can take the funicular and reach the San Pietro hill for a view from above of Verona. After a little lunch stop, we’ll go on to Lake Garda, where we’ll have a walk in the city centre of Lazise. The origins of the novels appear to be Lazise and A, a small village with a clear medieval imprint, characterized by walls, castle, doors and narrow streets.
