The tour begins in Como city, you will immediately be away from traffic and you will start climbing to reach an amazing panoramic balcony in Spina Verde park overlooking the lake and the city of Como. From there you will reach trench lines from World War 1 and stop for a walk in this historical site. After riding more unique trails in chestnut woods you will cross the border with Switzerland reaching a second panoramic point. From here the itinerary starts descending to touch Switzerland southernmost point before riding through suggestive Merlot vineyards. Each guest will have a workstation at their disposal to work with all the ingredients and utensils available. I will teach the techniques to obtain pasta that is easy to work with and good to eat. We will prepare the proposed recipes together and I will show you the various possibilities in which you can season your fresh pasta. Our course will end with the preparation of a classic coffee tiramisu which will be prepared by you in a single portion. I also propose vegetarian menus to be agreed in advance.
