This boutique cooking studio is set on the family estate surrounded by 20 acres of land, cultivated with vines and 600 olive trees; we produce Trebbiano and San Giovese wine, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This property is drenched in history; it was purchased in the 1960s by the Chef's father, the abstract painter Francesco Clemente. The cottage, that used to be his painting studio, was turned into a cooking studio about 10 years ago, and still today, art and food blend together to create a magic atmosphere. After all, food is art, and your host will be happy to help you create your culinary masterpiece with extreme love and passion. The cellars where customers will be taken and where they can taste excellent Chianti Classico wine, will be accompanied during the visit by the owner of the farm (winery), who will show and explain his company and its local products.

Our experience allows you not only to admire art, but to be able to create it with your own hands. You will learn the history and secrets of a majestic work together with the expert guidance of the sculptor Octavio Palomino. NOTE: all our lessons are private, once booked you will be contacted by our office to arrange times based on your needs and the availability of the atelier. Treat yourself to a half day of relaxation and fun in Mugello, on the outskirts of Florence, thanks to a suggestive horseback ride to discover the Tuscan Apennines !! Upon your arrival Sara will welcome you with a short briefing on the horse, giving you some tips on how to ride. The horseback ride takes about 1h30. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana Wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva): for each wine we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on …Guests will visit our wine/olive-oil farm TERRE DI PERSETO, including our cellars, wine-tasting room, and so on .
