We will taste, Balsamic Vinegar, truffle products, Wine, focaccia and many other products that we will also use in the kitchen for our 4-course lunch. you will be accompanied by a professional chef who will explain the characteristics and history of the market and its products.
We will then move to our kitchens not far from the historic center, inside a historic building. Here we will prepare a typical Italian four-course lunch with the products we met at the market.
