This walk is organised by Pete For India Travel to support a sister concern NGO and registered non-profit organization called PETE India (Providing Education to Everyone).80% of the proceeds go to support our projects. Participants will accompany a guide through the maze of small streets and alleys slum in West Delhi for 2 hours. He will show you how millions of people live their lives in the slums of Delhi each day. While in the slum, you'll have the opportunity (if you wish) to have traditional tea with a family during which they can share their personal story of survival and life in the slums. You will visit the 5 Centres that Money from the tour directly support and meet the students and teachers.The aim of this walk is not to "visit" or make poverty a "tourist attraction", but is to exchange experiences with people, allowing the locals a rare opportunity to interact with foreigners if they wish.

Sanjay Colony is a slum in the heart of India's capital city of New Delhi. We intend to conduct the tour in the area to support locals. Our guides are from humble background and are from the area. It is an educational tour of the community,on the tour you will learn about different profession locals are engaged to make a living , we will also discuss about social issues faced by the community.Locals in the area are friendly and welcoming and generally greet visitors with a smile. However as a responsible tour operator we try to make our tours less intrusive as possible.

We provide hassle free round trip Airport to hotel and Hotel to Airport transfers to our guests by Air Conditioned vehicle and English speaking driver. Our driver meets the guests at the exit gate holding a paging board of their names on it and make them comfortably sit in the vehicle for the service of transfer. Our driver waits at the Airport exit gate for a minimum of 60 minutes to maximum of 100 minutes from the actual flight arrival time so if you guests are stuck at the luggage collecting point or at the custom for more than the normal time, they don't have to worry about the car moving without them. While on return transfer, he stands and waits at the lobby area of the hotel and after he meets and greets you, he starts the journey and drops you at the desired terminal of Airport.
