The tour begins with a short guided tour of the Tomato Industrial Museum. Along the way we will admire Vlychada beach and then Black sand beach on the coastline of Perivolos. This bus tour takes you to the Southern part of the island where you visit the hidden gems of the area. The first stop of the tour is the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias. Our journey begins from Fira or we may pick you up from your hotel or cruise ship and we stroll to discover the Caldera hidden gems and take pictures. Afterwards we proceed to visit the beautiful village of Firostefani and enjoy the caldera and admire the view of Thirassia, a beautiful island and debris of the old Santorini, the Volcano, the mountain Skaros which is protected by UNESCO and the numerous blue-roofed churches. The journey continues to Imerovigli where we can see and take pictures of the caves, the place where the old Habitants of the island used to live. Then, we head to the edge of Imerovigli to see the well-known Skaros, an UNESCO protected mountaint that really floats on the air and take pictures of the region. On the way to Oia, we can witness red, black and yellow volcanic lava on the left side of the mini bus.

The boat departs daily from the old port of Fira at 11.00 or 14.00 in the morning/noon. After a 10-minute short trip, the boat arrives at the port of Erinia which is the name of the small bay of the active volcano. The ship will remain there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and if you want, you can follow the small path to reach the top where the active craters are located. There you can take pictures, see the rocks still smoking and where it strongly smells brimstone. After your return to the ship, we depart for Palaia Kameni where the hot springs are, the famous natural mud baths, which have been created after the volcanic eruptions. In the small bay of St.Nicolas, the water temperature varies from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, as it constantly mixes with the normal seawater. The ship stays here about 30 min and you can swim. It's quite a time since there is no beach but you should climb down the stairs of the boat. After the swimming at the thermal waters, the boat returns back to the port.
