I'm Zura, and I offer a full day excursion to some of the most iconic wonders of Georgia, starting from Tbilisi. I will meet you at your hotel at 9AM, and we begin with a visit to the 6th century Jvari Monastery, an important religious center and architectural masterpiece from medieval Georgia. The church towers over the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mtskheta. We continue to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the burial site of Christ’s robe. In Gori, hometown of Joseph Stalin, we visit the impressive museum of the historically significant leader of the Soviet Union. Lunch after (not included). We then go to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town, one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. Lastly, we see the Chronicles of Georgia, the largest monument in Tbilisi, with picturesque views of the Tbilisi Sea. You are then brought back to the initial meeting point. On our tour to Ananuri-Kazbegi mountains you will have an exciting drive, heading north along the Georgian Military Highway into the high Caucasus Mountains. Zhinvali Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Aragvi River in Zhinvali. Ananuri is a fortress built by the Dukes of Aragvi and its earliest parts date from the 13th century. The fortress is on the UNESCO Tentative list. Monument or Treaty of Georgievsk Monument is a monument build in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk and ongoing friendship between Georgia and Soviet Russia. Gergeti Trinity is located in Kazbegi municipality, 1 km from the village Gergeti, 2200 meters above sea level. It is the most popular tourist destination in Georgia. The Trinity Church of Gergeti, with its history and location, is the face of Georgia - a Christian island hidden in the most beautiful nature.

At an altitude of 2200 meters above the sea level, on the southern side of the plateau of the Greater Caucasus Range, and near the Cross Pass, there is the Gudauri Ski resort. The Panorama Gudauri is a monument to celebrate the friendship between Georgia and Russia. Stepantsminda is a small town. The main attraction here is the Church of the Holy Trinity – the Gergeti Monastery that is located at an altitude of 2170 meters under the mountain pick of Kazbegi. Due to its location on the top of a steep mountain, surrounded by very harsh nature, the church became the symbol of preservation of the Georgian relics.

In 2017, she and her daughter even won the TV show ‘My Kitchen Rules, Georgia’!
