Name of the city comes from Georgian word_თბილი("Tbili"-warm), there is nice legend about warm sulfur waters and how King Vakhtang Gorgasali from 5th century by accident discovered this miracle of nature when he gone for hunting, how his servants found falcon and pheasant in a boiling, hot spring. King excited by nature of this place decided to move capital from Mtskheta. But it's just nice legend. Here, within the bath district area you will find Muslim Mosque, Armenian church, Jewish Synagogue and Georgian churches all together. While after a time multifaceted ethnic image was changed, still can say that Old Tbilisi preserves the spirit of those times.

Visit the beautiful natural landscapes of the Great Caucasian mountains on the so called Georgian military way to Russia. During the tour you visit the 17th century building, Ananuri fortress, Jinvali Dam, Gudauri Friendship monument and Gergeti Trinity Church in the Kazbegi/Stepantsminda village. Travel from Tbilisi to Kazbegi may last from 3 to 5 hours with several stops at different places for photo taking or just for walking, resting or relaxing on the Jinvali lake, Aragvi river, Gudauri mountains or any other places you would like to see or take photos. During the tour you can have a lunch or dinner at a local Georgian family restaurant. Fees for the restaurant, hiring of horse and local jeep are not included in the tour's price. Please note, that the road from Gudauri to Kazbegi is sometimes closed in Winter due to heavy snow. So it may be impossible to visit village Kazbegi tours day.

Georgia is known for its mountainous landscapes, therefore with this one-day tour takes you to some of the most gorgeous regions close to Tbilisi - Stepantsminda. On the way, you’ll stop by Ananuri Castle,  which was a seat for Dukes of Aragvi, a feudal family ruling the area in the 13th century, as well as see the confluence spot of white and black Aragvi rivers. Then with the Georgian Military Road, you’ll continue your way towards Stepantsminda and admire beautiful mountainous landscapes on both sides of the road. Once you get to Stepantsminda, you’ll take a Delica car to visit Gergeti Trinity Church, one of the most beautiful landscapes in the area. The church sits at the root of Mount Kazbegi offering stunning views of the surrounding Caucasus Range.

The transfer is provided by comfortable vehicles with safety seatbelts, heating and A/C. The drivers and guide speak in English and there is a room for legs and luggage.
