After being picked up from your hotel you’ll travel to the adventure capital district of Fiji, Pacific Harbor/Navua to begin a journey to a world away from the cares of modern living. Take a cruise up the Navua river, past villages, farmlands, pristine tropical rainforests, deep gorges/canyons, meandering rapids and numerous cascading waterfalls. Stop for a refreshing swim in Navua Rivers biggest waterfall before leisurely ride on the unsinkable "HMS BILIBILI" (bamboo raft) a reenactment of centuries old only means of transportation down river. A Fijian warrior will escort you to the village meeting house to experience age-old customs and traditions with a customary welcome yaqona (kava) ceremony. This small group on and off-road 3 - 4 hour experience includes a quick ride up Nadi’s back road, past the biggest Hindu Temple in the South Pacific and then it’s time for the off-roading adventure to begin in the Nakala Mountains. Splash through mud puddles (a seasonal offering), zip by cane fields and ride higher up the pine forest mountainside before stopping on a mountain plateau overlooking the Mamanuca's. Here you'll enjoy light snacks whilst admiring stunning views. Next drive another 11km inwards to reach a local village.
