After the sightseeing, we make our way to Trogir where we have free time for coffee and sightseeing of this pearl of our coast. Usually we would prepare 5 different dishes based on fish, shells and shrimps (this we could skip and make another fish dish), local vegetables, fruits and spices (home made bread, carpaccio, risotto, home made pasta, gregada, fish stew, …) Basically we do all fish and local fruits and vegetables, but could include meat and / or ingredients or dishes that you prefer. Dalmatian dessert will also be prepared, all the recipes you can repeat at home :)

The adventure starts by picking you up at your accommodation. First stop will be Equestrian club st. Mihovil. After short introduction you can show your riding skills. Horse Riding will be organized near the Cetina river accompanied by certified riding instructors. After this beautiful experience we are taking you to the beautiful setting by the river for the lunch. Now it's time to eat a delicious traditional meat meal. The vegetarian option is available on request so please let us know when booking and we will prepare something equally delicious for you. Now, when you've recharged your batteries quad biking can start. Just relax, our professional guide will be with you during the ride and show you some paths and trails on Dinara mountain which even locals don't know exist. The route is very diverse so you will ride through the canyon of the river Cetina, abandoned villages, and the highest mountain in Croatia - Dinara with Vrdovo and Debelo Brdo.

Fantastic hands-on cooking class This was absolutely the best hands-on cooking experience we've ever had. We've done cooking classes before but this experience was unique in that we started in the market - looking at and purchasing the fresh produce and fish that we were going to prepare (based on a conversation about food preferences and allergies with the Chef.) Then at the very well equipped and modern cooking school, we did the work with guidance and clear instructions. We cleaned and prepared grilled vegetables, fish carpaccio, risotto, fresh bread, baked sea bass and a creme caramel for dessert.
