Once airborne you’ll head west towards the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Over St Mary’s- in the designated training area- you’ll climb to 3500ft-4000ft. You’ll start with some basic manoeuvres- like loops, barrel rolls, wingovers and hammer head turns- to get the feel of things. Your pilot may also treat you to some inverted flight- flying upside down- and to a hesitation roll- a four-point roll where you pause and fly straight ahead at each quarter turn! Your pilot will explain each manoeuvre as you go through it.

1 Hour Self-Guided Kayaking Tour: Paddling a double sea kayak is a fun and unique way to explore Sydney's Middle Harbour. Choose your own adventure, paddle to some of Sydney's most pristine beaches within Middle Harbour. The Double kayaks that we provide are very easy to paddle, smooth through the water and stable. The deluxe doubles are made of lightweight materials like Kevlar, or carbon fiber. Less weight means less resistance through the water, making them easier to paddle. They are all Australian made and well maintained.

The day starts by heading south to the Kiama blowhole where volcanic rocks provide the perfect channel for powerful waves. If the swell is large the spray from the blowhole shoots up to 25 metres into the air. We then proceed to the small blowhole and see yet another blowhole erupt. Having had our fill of sea spray we make our way to the eerie basalt columns at Bombo Headland. After a walk around this surreal Headland we visit Minnamurra beach and a stack island! Next stop is Sea Cliff Bridge, which follows the winding coastline and provides outstanding views of the ocean below. It is now time to make a few decisions. At this point we can see native animals at Symbio Wildlife Park or we can venture into the Royal National Park. Your devoted guide will discuss walking options including Wedding Cake Rock or Eagle Rock or no walking at all. Our last stop for the day is Wattamolla waterfall. This is a tour for your group only with quality choices to suit your touring style.
