Our New Year's Eve fireworks cruise starts at 7 pm (subject to slight change) with pre-departure drinks and a welcome address. All guests must be on King Street wharf before 6 pm to avoid being late. Once boarded, under the careful guidance of our Captain we embark on a journey around Sydney Harbour before finally anchoring in our key position to watch the world famous fireworks display. The world will be watching and you can be there!

Two hours north of Sydney is the beautiful Hunter Valley wine region – experience personal tastings, foodie delights and more in this full-day tour. This Middle Harbour SUNRISER is a Private Tour for up to 4 people per tour. Our main paddling area is within Middle Harbour (a beautiful off-shoot of Sydney Harbour) and depending on the conditions of the day, we can explore many amazing places. We start just before sunrise (starting time is generally between 5am and 6am) to paddle out to see the sunrise over Sydney's Heads. During our two and a half hours, we could explore out to Grotto Point Light-house, or over to Cobbler's Beach, Chinaman's Beach and even into Balmoral. We will stop somewhere lovely for a hot coffee and a light breakfast including some fresh fruit and juices. You will be kayaking in very high-end composite double sea kayaks; they are very light, stable and very smooth to paddle. Sydney Harbour Kayaks are a member of the Tourism NSW Hall of Fame

The Eastern Suburbs of Sydney have great beaches, history and lots of vibrancy. The day starts at Bondi Beach and the best way to see this famous beach is by taking a walk along the promenade. We then move to the coastal walkway which winds around the scenic beaches of Tamarama and Bronte. Watsons Bay is next, where there is an option of doing a short walk to Hornby Lighthouse which provides spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. After Watsons Bay we head to charming Paddington to see quaint terrace houses and a submerged garden which was formerly a reservoir. At this point we will have a couple of hours available so there are a few choices to be made including a visit to Barangaroo Reserve, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge Pylon or Wendy Whiteley's Garden. A popular choice is Barangaroo combined with the Sydney Harbour Pylon. Your guide will outline the highlights of each of these places. A delicious lunch is included in the day.

3 Hour Self-Guided Kayaking Tour: Paddling a double sea kayak is a fun and unique way to explore Sydney's Middle Harbour. The Double kayaks that we provide are very easy to paddle, smooth through the water and stable. The deluxe doubles are made of lightweight materials like Kevlar, or carbon fiber. Less weight means less resistance through the water, making them easier to paddle. They are all Australian made and well maintained.

We start the day by heading south to Kiama blowhole where the volcanic rocks provide the perfect channel for powerful waves. If the swell is large the spray from the blowhole shoots up to 25 metres into the air. We then proceed to the small blowhole and see yet another blowhole erupt. Having had our fill of sea spray we make our way to the eerie basalt columns at Bombo Headland. After a walk around this surreal Headland we visit Minnamurra beach and a stack island! Next stop is Sea Cliff Bridge, which follows the winding coastline and provides outstanding views of the ocean below. It is now time to make a few decisions. At this point we can see native animals at Symbio Wildlife Park or we can venture into the Royal National Park. Your devoted guide will discuss walking options including Wedding Cake Rock or Eagle Rock or no walking at all. Our last stop for the day is Wattamolla waterfall. This is a tour for your group only with quality choices to suit your touring style.
