Mount Kenya is the second highest mountain in Africa after Mount Kilimanjaro. It is, indeed, the highest in Kenya. Actually, it’s a massif with three different peaks. Batian at 5199 m, Nelion at 5188 m and Lenana Peak at 4985. This last one is slightly apart from the other summits. Whereas climbing Batian and Nelion requires some technical expertise, reaching Lenana Peak summit does not involve any difficulties. Because of this, I recommend this peak for this trip. This is a 9-day journey which involves trekking and climbing in one of the most wonderful destinations in Africa.

Our Fourteen Falls full day tour departure from Nairobi starts at 6:00am.You will drive North 45km from Nairobi to arrive at Blue post hotel in Thika (established in 1980). Here we visit the Chania and Thika Falls which are created by two rivers Thika and Chania. You will take a short trail to the water falls. After taking photos we depart to the fourteen falls located along Thika Garissa Road. This fall overlooks the famous Kilimajaro Hills that is visible from all the areas along Thika Super highway.
