I booked my stay at hotel Gallery in Perm through Ost-West and can only recommend Ost-West as well as the hotel, which is clean, nice and charming!

We booked excursion to Tsarskoje Selo for 6 people via Ostwest's website. Confirmation came the next day and guide Svetlana met us in hour hotel. She knew everything and we spent information packed 5 hours learning so much about past and also present in St. Petersburg.

Ich habe meine Transfers vom Flughafen zum Hafen in St.Petersburg und vom Hafen zum Airport in Moskau über Natalia Zolotareva gebucht. Der Kontakt war hervorragend. Die Transfers wurden pünktlich und zu voller Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Vielen Dank an Natalia und Ihre Fahrer.

Nun liegt unsere Reise nach St. Petersburg schon 6 Wochen zurück und immer noch bekomme ich von meinen Mitreisenden die positiven Rückmeldungen an dieses wunderbare Erlebnis. Ich von meiner Seite bin ganz besonders begeistert über die perfekte Führung nach Pushkin und Pawlovsk durch unsere Führerin Natalia. Dieser Tag war besonders eindrucksvoll. Bestens haben auch die Organisation zum Theater, den Tickets und die notwendigen Transfers funktioniert, was sicherlich auch mit der sehr kompetenten Betreuung durch Frau Natalia Zolotareva (Manager: Ost-West)) zusammenhängt. Ich kann dieses Büro in St. Petersburg nur weiterempfehlen.
First of all I'd like to say thanks for the perfect organisation of our program.
Our first day in Pushkin, especially the lunch and the folklore was enjoed very much by my friends. The tour guide you have choosen for us - Natalia - was very well prepared and informed us about everything we wanted to know, besides her perfectly spoken German and her guiding through the palaces and parks. Definitely, she did a very well job! If possible, say hello to here. Thank you.
The buses to and from the theater also were very suitable and always in time - as well as the bus to Pushkin!
Actually, we spent a very nice time in St. Petersburg and whenever I have again the possibillity to organise a similar trip, I hope I can contact you again.

For our complicated train trip from Moscow to Astana and back to Kiew I was very happy to have Ost-West helping us!

Everthing was at its best. - On Friday night, our kind taxi driver had waited for us until our plane finally arrived on Saturday morning at 2 a. m. (there was a thunderstorm in Munich, therefore the delay). And today he came early enough to our hotel and took us back to the airport without any hurry. So everything was very well organized. He was very friendly and his English is perfect! And the guided tours with Irina were very very interesting, she speaks German like a German woman and she knows everything about history. The Hermitage Theatre (Swanlake) was a historical choreography and we liked it very much. So we are glad that we have booked Ost-West and we will recommend your travel agency to our friends.

ICH BIN SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT von Ost-West Kontaktservice. Ich habe ein Zugticket bestellt, das ich aber nicht während der Büroöffnungszeiten in St. Petersburg abholen kann, da ich an einem Samstag ankommen werde (wo das Büro ja geschlossen ist). Trotz mehrerer Mails und mehrerer Telefonate, hat sich seit Wochen keine akzeptable Möglichkeit aufgetan, wie ich zu dem Ticket komme. Ein Buchungsnachweis, mit dem ich das Ticket anscheinend am Bahnhof in St. Petersburg erhalten könnte, wurde mir seitens der Chefin vor mehreren Wochen versprochen, liegt mir aber immer noch nicht vor. Seit ich das Geld für das Ticket bezahlt habe, werden meine Mails einfach wochenlang nicht beantwortet. Daher habe ich eine russische Bekannte eingeschaltet, die Ost-West Kontaktservice mehrfach telefonisch kontaktieren musste, um eine Reaktion zu erhalten, die aber auch nicht befriedigend ist, denn ich weiß immer noch nicht, wie ich zu meinem Ticket kommen soll. Gestern habe ich wieder selbst mit Ost-West telefoniert und da hieß es, ich solle das Ticket doch zwischen Montag und Freitag bei ihnen abholen!!!
