As the snow deepens and the ice thickens, the 10th Siberian Festival of Snow Sculpture may just become a seasonal delight you are  looking for. It falls between 07.01.10 and 12.01.10 and perfectly compliments celebration of both Russian Orthodox Christmas and Old New Year.The event is set to be made even more memorable by the fact that its participants are some of the best contenders the craft has to offer.They  come from all over the world to compete and show off their skills. The event takes place in the City Park.
